Roll on Bottle is ready for use on skin diluted in carrier oil
For Internal Use: Place 1 small drop on the tip of your finger. Rub on the inside of the back of your throat and chase with warm water or raw honey. If this is too potent, place a drop in 4oz of warm water to dilute and drink using a straw. For adult use only. DO NOT EXCEED ONE DROP PER DOSE. Do not exceed four doses in a 24-hour period. you may also place a drop on the bottom of each foot at night to absorb into the body while you rest. In the morning we suggest taking one activated charcoal capsule to help clean and clear the body. Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day.
For External Use: Dilute 1-2 drops of oil in a carrier oil or roll a small amount from roller bottle on the soles of your feet at bedtime.
