Weekend Retreats
There's nothing better than a weekend away to rejuvenate you. Well...except a weekend away with our ministry team. Come with us and enjoy a weekend of camping, hiking, biking and other great outdoor activities. To top it all off, the weekend conversation centers around our guests and the struggles they face in everyday life and how to over come them. We listen, pray, educate and show you how to better handle your day to day struggles. Oh, and we only eat good wholesome healthy foods and will teach you to make them too. Weekend Retreats run 7PM Friday - 2PM Sunday- Camper, bikes, etc. are not required to attend. Several locations we choose have cabin rentals and there is always an extra bed or two in our campers. :)
Q & A Luncheons

Many of you have been asking about having our healthy foods covered dish meals again. Hopefully Fridays are still a good time for everybody. For those who have never attended, we all bring some kind of healthy food to share- appetizers, main dish or dessert- you choose. It is a fun time of good food and fellowship.
During our luncheons we use an open forum format to discuss individual health concerns and natural remedies and solutions that best suite individual needs. Come prepared with any questions you may have and a note book and pen.

Classes
Eating The Way God Created Us- Learn what foods should be part of our everyday diet to keep the body strong and healthy. We learn how to prepare some new foods, substitute bad ingredients for good in some of our favorite recipes and learn new eating habits.
$65 for 4 hour luncheon class- includes meal. |
Remedies For Wellness
Dealing with health concerns, medication free is something everyone needs to aspire to. This class allows you to come in an open forum setting to discuss you health concerns and learn of self-help methods to get to the root of your health issues. It is a time of open discussion on the types of natural healing techniques available, the benefits of whole foods and ways you can live a healthier more vibrant life. 2 hour class- $20 per person - includes book. |
